Commissions
The piece is constructed of welded cor ten steel, a weathering material that will last for a very long time. The natural rust color patina compliments the warm earth tones of the fired brick exterior of the building. The semi abstract design of this sculpture strips away non essential features of this bird form to emphasize the idea of soaring flight just as this figure lifts off.
